Fourth graders barely make a carbon-imprint while visiting the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center. In creating the least amount of waste while visiting, the class demonstrated their dedication to being green!

It's a STEAM Halloween!
Sixth graders at Monsignor Slade Catholic School participate in STEAM activities with a Halloween twist. An icon of autumn and a symbol of Halloween spirit, pumpkins became the object of scientific study and prediction in science class.
