SIxth grade students at Monsignor Slade visited Terrapin Adventures for their fall field trip. While there they completed a ropes course, scaled climbing walls, and discovered more about themselves and their classmates.

"We had a great visit to Terrapin Adventures because we worked on team-building activities and communication building activities that allowed us to work together and get to know each other better." - Abigail Conlon

Middle school is one of life's first challenging transitions for most students. The sixth grade students at Monsignor Slade visit Terrapin Adventures to help them conquer challenges together, build stronger class bonds, and hopefully realize that they are stronger together than they are apart.

"Our trip to Terrapin Adventures helped our 6th grade class to work as a team, learn about classmates we might not know well, and support each other through the obstacle course with a helping hand or positive."  - Alex Pfeiffenberger

The critical communication tools and teamwork skills they acquire will serve them well through middle school and in their personal relationships. The program at Terrapin Adventures focuses on fun and having kids work together to learn. Carefully designed uplifting activities built bridges of better communication, improved cooperation, and unleashed creative problem solving. Participants will be encouraged to bend boundaries and extend comfort zones to expand their potential.
