Other Services
In order to provide educational services to students who have ongoing academic and/or behavioral difficulties, Monsignor Slade has instituted a school-based referral process. Through this process parents, teachers, or support staff may request an assessment to determine the underlying causes of a student’s academic or behavioral difficulties. These assessments can be provided free of charge through a liaison with the local public school systems, through the fee based services of our Kennedy Krieger Partnership, or through private assessments.
Another resource available to our parents is a tutorial program in math through the National Security Agency Partnership. Additionally, the parents can access a speech and language pathologist for an additional fee.
